		<title>Flamenco II-Lots of new items</title>
		<description><![CDATA[We started with reviewing the 3rd copla.]
We started with Alegrias compas then translated it to bulerias.  Also worked on a piece of bulerias:
remate, llamada
We reviewed Jathis all 7!  Dancing all of the Right side, then all of the Left side.
We did one indian turn (from Kathak).
Finished with a review of volare

		<title>Flamenco I</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Port de bras (braceo) was reviewed.
We reviewed exercise 1 to completion
We reviewed Sevillanas Coplas I &#038; II, we drilled on arms for both maintaining the rhythm and arm movement.  We danced through both in partners.
We started incorporating basic footwork from III Copla. Part of the introduction was covered and the middle &#8220;highlight&#8221; was also covered.

		<description><![CDATA[We discussed the plie in 2nd position and the alignment.  The plie is an important movement for developing strength in the legs &#038; for moving the body weight down and back up with control and maintaining the alignment.
